$11k flames

Today a member posted a hand where he won over $5,000, at a $25/$50 table these pots are not uncommon. But for a member who just won $20k on a freeroll, these pots can be devastating. This was the concern of many members. After LFmagic posted the $25/$50 $11k win, many members showed concern for his Bankroll Management. We’ve all seen and/or heard of the stories of people winning big, but only to blow it all away soon after. LFmagic did say that he had already cashed out much of his winnings, and was only taking a shot for fun, but the thread quickly turned from concern to flames.

PlayaAAK8 challenged LF to a series of HU matches, which LF quickly accepted. But only after dmk had been given a challenge by LF himself. Then other comments about LFmagic’s attitude and investing, or lack thereof, began. And this, of course, led LFmagic to retaliate.

“Alright, the kid is back, for those of you who showed genuine concern for my bankroll etc thanks a lot guys, this may seem sick but Ive playing live poker since I was 12 believe it or not. I know what Im doing and after I won tht 20k on sunday, i immediately withdrew 18k. Granted, I was silly to play $500 HUs and $5/$10 with only 2k left but I hit a run and was upto 20 again in 48 hours, and I could afford to that due to the 18k Id banked. Since then Ive withdrawn another 20k from the site and still have a 5 figure bankroll left. I posted the hand to showboat really, to stimulate convo and a nice chat, but *sigh* some people have seen it as a challenge to their PTP integrity that a guy with less than 200 points can post a thread in SO! So for all those that want to play me, PM me your msn/google talk addys or merely reply in this thread and we can ply 2day. Im hoping to play DMK 5 x $220 HUs, so if anyone wants his action then PM him. And playaAAK8 I know you are indeed a playa but Im the best HU player you will ever see. My game has come a longggg way, you really don’t know, and I will gladly own anyone who plays me. After all guys, face up to it, jealousy is a terrible thing…”

So, will the matches take place? LFmagic does not want to escrow the money to play. But he says that he will play, and stick to the amount of matches set no matter what.
