LFmagic & DMK begin series

The details have been ironed out. A BAP has been sold, and the play has begun. Dmk and LFmagic began the HU series today. Eight $500 HU SNG’s have been played with dmk winning five of them. It looks like more may be played but it is unsure how many.

Former member Stuman was banned today. The month long FTOPS BAP fiasco was ended today when Stu sent back the remainder of what was owed. Stuman had put off paying back for months, while continuing to play big events. And the decision was made to perma ban him. Hopefully this mess can now be put in the past, and both parties can move on.

Ok now for the ruling. I haven’t been deeply involved in this fiasco but have been obviously watching as it evolved.

It seems to me that stuman was running a BAP here just fine until he got some private backing. He then proceeded to blow off his BAP, his stakers and the site in favor of his new deal. He disappeared completely and refused to respond or make contact with anyone here until people actually started tracking him down on other sites. This happened over a period of months.

I guess stuman thought he could burn that bridge and maintain himself through private backing. What a dumb calculation because lo and behold he know comes crawling back after obviously losing his private support, hoping to re-insert himself into this community and get his backing restored.

Not only is this a ROLLING, it’s just down right insulting to his stakers, to the site in general and to myself as one of the owners.

Stuman has to be on crack if he thinks I am going to let him continue using this site after that.

I think he realizes how he fucked up royally because as DAP and others have pointed out, if he had just run his BAP like normal and respected his stakers, he’d be selling BAPS worth tens of thousands of dollars right now.

Not only is stuman a piece of crap, but he’s an idiot.
