Discriminatory Staking

June 9th, 2008

Every staker uses something to refine their search and figure out who they want to stake, whether it be by stats, trust, or good history. But is it okay to discriminate against a certain gender or race when staking someone for online poker or online casino action? And if so, where is the line drawn? The subject was discussed today in a thread mostly about Lil_Lisa’s moronic comments. But a conclusion seems to have been reached. Most agree that it isn’t important, a staker can stake someone for online betting based on any specifications that they want. And if they want to limit their choices to a single gender, then let them. If they just want to stake women to play bingo and nothing else, that’s their choice. The stake seemed to have been made with good intentions, and only when a serious problem presents itself, this subject will be let alone.
