Poll reveals unexpected results
While it’s always been assumed that every member at PTP is 19 years old, there has never been any real evidence as to what the true average age is. A poll put up today today gave some indication. 182 members voted and the leading vote getter was the 31-40 year old range with fourty four votes. The 18-22 year old range came in a close second with fourty three. And five members voted anonymously that they were under 18. These numbers were a surprise to many, including midconnector who posted “this poll is a slap in the face to people like me who thought the majority of members were 18-22.”
So why is the member base seemingly getting older? Some feel it came with the recent name change to parttimepoker, and the sites rapidly improving reputation. But whatever the reason, the balance certainly can’t be a bad thing.
