shark or fish?
New member “sharkfish79″ put up a thread today claiming that being +ROI “SOMETIMES doesn’t mean jack”. The part of shark’s OP that got the most attention was his second paragraph in which he stated:
“Ive staked plus ROI horses,(names not needed), to play games/sat’s that I am personally 3 for 7 in atm. These are really easy and I figured if I could do 3/7, then these “better players” should be able to at least match that or at least do 1/5. One of the horses produced exactly as expected, but the “higher ROI” player, went 0/5. Disappointing to say the least. This has taught me,(a few times now), that +ROI DOES NOT guarantee a good player or investment. Again, especially when it comes to MTTs.”
The paragraph was later deleted and after about twenty posts and a few negative comments shark started to flame back, PMing both Toobinski and GambleAB. The PMs were both posted in the thread, and other members began to flame back at shark. The thread didnt accomplish much, but it did give a few investors an impression of shark that they didn’t need stats to see.
